Cam change help

Wondering if anybody had any recomendations on which cam to run. Now i have a 12-673-6 (AKA 30-30 comp cam.) Just seems like there is no bottom end. Motor is 355, rpm intake, ported 202 camel hump heads, 670 steet avenger carb, th350 wit 3000 stall, and 3.73 posi. The springs i got are good for 600 lift by the way. Truck is road worthy but will see a good bit of track time. Just tryin to get some input before i call comp. Thanks fellas!

man its 2009 and your rinning head technology from the 1960'.


i am not trying to bust your balls i wound just figure you would be more impressed with the power of a set of heads vs. a cam that still cant breath.


out of the box sports man 2's will out flow them humps you got reguardless of the porting

check out lunati voodoo cams. harold brookshire designed the flat tappet version a few years back. the man is a genious when its comes to SBC camshafts. he is always on the teamchevelle website. his screen name is UDHAROLD.
