2000 s10 v8 swap

i have a 2000 s10 with a 2.2 i was looking at the motor mounts and they look like the ls style do you think i would have to change them im thinking about getting a efi 5.3 what all would i have to buy to keep it efi ?

You need to swap to the 2.8 mounts if you intend to use this sites adapter plates for the LSX. The 2.2 came as EFI and the fuel lines that run above the trans in the tunnel. The fuel pump needs to be upgraded in the tank. The LSX series needs 58psi of fuel pressure to run. The lines at the engine bay need to be adapted to change over to the new fuel rail. The harness needs to be merged into the trucks body harness to make the harness and engine functional. The ECM for the LSX needs to be flashed to remove the security features. Some of the newer ECMs can run you cluster as well as the new engine. I would talk with Jarred at Current Performance to verify your needs. The thing to remember is the cluster you have needs the ECM to function.
