Hello all,

My name\'s Scott. I am new to this forum. I have a 94 S10 4.3 5-speed. Someday it will get a 350 but for now I have a question. I have the Gauge cluster w/o tach. I bought one from a 96 model that didn\'t fit. If I find a cluster from a 94 w/ a tach will it snap in and work? I\'ve been fixing the truck up piece by piece and I\'d like to have the nicer cluster. Any help you could give would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,

Scott

Haha! I just noticed it says \"small fry\" under my name. I\'m 6\'3\" and 320 lbs. I\'ve been called many things but..... http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

If it\'s from the same year truck then there\'s no reason why it shouldn\'t fit. Same dash and everything, so I say go for it.

94\'s are unique. As you\'ve found out, the dash is unique to a 94, ONLY. Same goes for the steering column.

If sure if you got one, you could get it to work. Sure there\'d be some rewiring involved. Then, youd have to recalibrate it to work for the V8.

Personally, I never liked the stock guages or how \"accurate\" they were.

IMO, Id get an aftermarket tack.
