View Full Version : Window tint
Have no experience choosing or applying window tints. Could use some input as to choosing a good, easy to install tint that even I could make look like it was done by a professional. Does anything like this exist?

It\'s really not worth the time to do it yourself for what a professional will do it for with warranty. I do not have patience for it..

Better off paying someone to do it they can warranty the tint against peeling, fading, and warranty against bubbling it will pay off in the long run.

ya, thats one thing i leave to the .. pros. But if you are absolutely bent out of shape about having someone else do it.. use 3M scratch resistant stuff. and a GOOD(3M) rubber squeege.
Oh ya, get a spray bottle and fill it with soapy water when you apply it(clean the window first VERY WELL).. this will allow you to move it around for a few seconds and then squeege the bubbles out! (It\'s a lot harder than it sounds http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif trust me!)
