Advice Please

Hi, I am new here and I don\'t know much how to fix a car and I have a 1992 S-10 Blazer. I really like it and want to make it up. Have problems like it is not power full, makes a lot of noise and not run, and the gasoline consumption is high. I don\'t know the engine size but a think is the small one.
