I received my roll cage today. I like the quality of the kit. It cost around $260 USD with tax and shipping. If you are looking for a 6 point roll cage, I feel comfortable recommending this one.

just wondering why you didnt get one from SxW, since your getting the back half from them....

That sounds kinda high. Last one I bought was 180.00. It was a 6 point also. That caught my attention because I need one also but I need an 8 point and eventually add the kit for 10.

I like to buy from local shops. The roll cage, which can be an 8 or 10, I could get here. S&W does not sell locally. I could only get it from them. The bars are DOM, which in my book, are stronger. Shipping was $85.

Cool Indiana,

Be sure to take some pics of the prep and install. I\'ve been thinking of doing this sometime as well. Thanks and goodluck

I\'ll do that. My wife is not kept up to date on my purchases, so I am storing the parts at a local speed shop (which is another reason I am buying local). I think I will wait until I get all of the parts and start building it at once. Since I am having most of the body work done for me, I will try to get as many pictures as possible. My new job has me traveling a lot and I don\'t have as much time to work on it myself.

My buddy bought a Comp\'s cage for his trans am. I agree it is a good quailty cage. Everything seemed to connect together with very little modifications...if any.

Somethings are worth paying a few $$$ more for.

Space.
