SHould be a 1/4. I had to fix mine as well. I just bought some from the parts store. As far as pre-bent, I dont know of any. When I ordered brake lines for my 57 chevy truck from Classic tube, All I got was the fittings and straight tubing.

Clasic Tub has pre-bent line. Just select your make model and year and it will show you what they have available.

You could try LMC. I believe they have stainless lines. But I could be wrong. If they do they will cost you a alot. I get a roll of 25\' steel line from napa, a hand full of fittings and make it all my self. Its cheaper in the long run.

Inline Tube has factory replacments and a stainless option for a little more. A friend of mine got them for his \'83 Blazer. They fit perfect.
