I\'ve got a guy who wants to sell me a set of rims from his wrecked camaro, and Goodyear eagles for 400 bucks, but i\'ve heard that the front wheels are offset, I see S10 with these rims often, will they fit or what do i have to do to make them work? any help is appreciated.

whats up, i used to have an 86 iroc, and yea the wheels are offset....ive seen alot of s10s with these rims....they really dont look right unless u lower the truck or put bigger wheels on the rim.....

yeah, i had planned on lowering it in the near future maybe 2 or 3\" but I was curious to know if the wheel would contact the brake rotor, caliper, or frame

what year iroc are they from?
the newer camaros do have a different off set than the older ones. I\'ve had the older z28 wheels on and depending on how you lower your truck sometimes the front wheels hit the upper ball joint.
if you find the right person they should let you try one on first.
good luck

I have 4 front 16\" iroc wheels on my s10 with 245/55 and they fit fine. The fronts rub a little when the wheel is turned all the way, but it\'s not too bad. If you put the rear iroc rims on the rear of the s-10 the offset makes the rear narrow and looks a little funny (that\'s why I have 4 front rims on my truck) If you want I can scan a few pictures in and post them for you to check out.

Hmm... Thats good to know, i found a set of weld wheels recently too for three hundred bucks. I guess the set of camaro rims are out of the question. Thanks for the info you have been most helpful.

On my 83 S10 I ran rear Irocs all the way around the fact they look narrow is great for the fact they tuck under the truck and will not rub the body.
