Lately i have been working on a twin turbo kit for s10 350 they will be completed in by mid october! i will be selling twin turbo headers by themselves (most important part to a turbo setup) or you can buy a complete kit with oil lines and fittings, t4 turbos, bolts, gaskets, blow off valve, downpipe, intercooler, pipes, fittings, and external wastegates. i will have the prices soon!!approxx $2,500-3,500 for TT kits. $450 for headers. Also working on a more affordable single turbo kit for stock blocks or street engines under 550 hp.

The best thing about turbos are they have adjustable boost without changing any pulleys or cogs like a supercharger. You can have a regulator on your dash to adjust the boost so if you are just driving around you can set the boost at lets say 5 lbs. That would be aproxx %35 hp gain over N/A engine hp(400hp out of a 300hp N/A egine), now lets say you pull up to some kid in his mustang and he starts puting on a show so you take his challenge, but before the light tuns green you turn the boost up to 12 lbs (%80 hp increase over N/A 540hp out of a 300 hp N/A engine) and you slam the gas you hear the turbos spool up and after some tire spin( if you dont have wide tires) your gone! I LOVE TURBOS!!!!! And if you love having a daily driver drag truck this is the way to go.
btw N/A is naturally aspirated thats an engine with no power adders (all engine)
the twin turbos can push if you engine can handle 400hp up to 1200 hp. Is that enough? If you want to play with engine hp on turbos go here. play with the with VE at 0 boost and no intercooler (upper left unclick the box) till you get your engines N/A hp then add on the boost and intercooler.

Wow, sounds great. I\'m assuming its a double stage setup right? One kicks in then the other...Does everything seem to be working fine with it? I\'d love to see any pics or videos or anything you might have on it. What exactly needed to be tailered to fit in the S10? Obviously the exaust manifolds. $2500-3500 sounds like a great deal to me... if I get my engine in and set up properly, I may be one certain customer http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif Is there anything else you would recommend changing on the engine, like any of the bottom end parts? e.g. forged pistons? I\'m assuming the kit comes with everything needed to complete the top end. Anyways, sounds great, let me know any info you have, im a curious customer. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

forged piston roda and crank are always a good idea for high hp engines i will tell you now that you will want low compression because turbo boost gives you more compression. and the turbos are not sequential the turbos are both the same and size spining at the same rate with one turbo on each side of the engine (not like the supras with 2 diffrent size turbos and all the valves for sequential turbo setup).
you can use a rebuilt 350 with either dish pistons or large chamber heads (70s smog era heads) or just put in a thick head gasket. the limit on the engine hp is the same as building any engine you can chance it and use stock parts, put some better than stock parts or go all out and build a forged engine.

Yeah, need more info on the TT kit when you finish it so i can start a new parts list for my 350 (7.96 compression pistons)
