700r4 to camaro t5 HELP!

I am removing a 4.3/700R4 from a 90 model longbed and installing a 305/t5. I know I will have to cut a hole in the floor for the shifter, Thats no problem, I dont know where to put the hole for the clutch master cylinder and How much of a hassle is it to change the pedals. Everything is hanging in place now but the transmission tube is hitting the T5 trans. Any ideas? Thanks Dave

OK, I figured it out, I had tried to put the crossmember in upside down. Thats why the tube was hitting the trans. Things are better now. I had to notch the hole on the crossmember about 1/2\" to keep the driveshafts lined up. Onward through the fog.
