Safety------ brake line failure

all you guys with a first generation need to get under your vehichle and check your metal brake lines. I experienced failure myself, as have 2 of my buddies in the last six months. My line was rusty lookin about where the cab and the bed meet as were my friends. all ruptured at about the same place within a foot or two. check it for external rust- rub it with a stiff metal brush to get a better look at it. Even the later modal trucks should be looked at for your sake and others. just thought i should pass this on . CHECK EM OUT.

I have worked on cars from states that use salt against ice and those that do not even have ice. Salt is awful for metal/rusting and what you say s true for ALL cars S10s and all
