power brake booster vacuum leak?

when i push the brake pedal down repeadly the engine speeds up about 2- 300 rpm. is this normal or is this a leak?

hear any type of hissing noise either when pushing the pedal down, lettin the pedal up or when its just sitting there.



a very light hissing sound is normal when depressing the pedal.
