youll lose horsepower.
1. 454 uses 80 pph injectors, WAY too big for a 4.3, or a 350 for that matter
2. you still have 1 11/16\" bores in the intake manifold. so any potential gain is automatically stopped by the bigass ridge you just created at the mating surface between the TBI and the intake manifold.
3. that bigass ridge is gonna make alot of turbulance where you dont want it, you lose horsepower from that.
4. unless youre setup for the extra airflow goin into the motor then all your gonna do is bog down real good when you open it up.
5. IAC is wired different
6. TPS is different

I would guess that it would work for you, but I can\'t say with any certainty. If you have them both, give it a shot and see what happens. *shrug* It\'s only a gasket or two, right?

ok, thats a good thing. chip or not, them injectors sre still way too big. if it dont outright flood then its gonna run richer than shit. id slap some smaller injectors on it. you might still end up with a bog problem if you hammer it at low speed.

Whether this is worth it or not really depends on if the engine needs, or can benefit from the bigger injector body.
So, what\'s been done to the engine?

the engine bored 60 over has a holly big bore intake has a custom chip for the 545 tbi to the 350 i have 350 injectiors in it.
i have 454 injectors in my 4.3 right now and it runs fine its all the computer tell the injecter how far to open .
