Throttle....

Alright so i had the fuel injected 4.3 and not the 350 is going in how do i make the throttle work?.. can i attach the existing cable to the carb and rig up some spring..? Does anybody have any up close pictures of how there throttle works.. itd be really helpfull

i also should mention i have an edelbrock carb and edelbrock intake..
