Anyone here in st. louis, mo or in the close surrounding area that has already done the swap that can offer some help in getting my motor mounts welded in I have friends that keep saying they will help but for one reason or another bail on me. My problem is that I don\'t have any welding equipment and even if I did I don\'t have any welding experience. I can do the rest of the swap by my self or with minimal help with lifting stuff but unless I get the welding done I\'m stuck.

i would help but it would take along time to get to your place i know how to weld but like i say i live in prineville oregon. nick

why do you need to weld them?.

Use the 2.8 frame mounts------- stealth motor mounts---- forget the welding---- lots better

I have the stealth mounts I just wanted to weld them in cause when all is said and done with my build I want to make sure the mounts aren\'t coming off the frame also the mounts are slotted and if the bolts get loose the motor might move on the frame and break the mount and then my motor and hood r destroyed
