Can someone make me a run down on what needed to be done to fit a 350 in an s10. I have a 1990 s10 blazer 2wd 2dr. I am new to this scene but theres just somthing about a little s10 with a hackin\' small block in it that makes me shiver. Any information would be appreciated maybe even pics would help thanks.

ok.....you need a good radaitor....a 4.3 liter radiator will work....some mounts .....problay some drive shart work depending on what tranny you use ...i think if you use the 9in shart the stock shaft works..and of course a mototr and tranny ...a set of headers ..shorties are the easy way are 200.00 cheaper...

Take a look around sir. If you can\'t find any pictures of S-10\'s with a V-8 in them then I\'m sure some one will help you!
Not to be a smart a$$ but this is a site
dedicated to the V-8 S-10 after all.

there really are no mods needed to the firewall. A lot of people bend the lip of the tunnel in just for that extra room, and if you\'re using long style headers then you may have to hammer a little on the passenger side to get it to fit but if you\'re running shorties and the stealth style mounts, you will be fine without any mods. A lot of it has to do with engine position, which is fully adjustable with the mounts.

alright sounds good. I have heard alot about hammering the tranny hump and was a little weary of beating my truck with a hammer to fit something. I plan on running shorties and a stealth mount. So thanks for your information.

like my motto says... anything can fit if you have a big enough hammer.... don;t be afraid to hit the floor pan with ahmmer the truck won;t feel it...
i never had to do any mods to my firewall though
