Remanufacure= take housing or shell and put new parts on the inside.....just like a starter/alternator/water pump/etc.
The 600 cfm ought to be fine for your 327 unless you are pulling big horses.....then you need more cfm.

A remanufactured carb is simply a carb that was returned to a manufacturer was dissasembled cleaned had new gaskets and different parts applied to it and then resurfaced to be sold again.
as for the cfm manuy factor apply more then just your cubic inches, some of the guys are really good on here let us know your lift/cam and so on.

327?you need to get the #\'s off the block, call gm and find out wich one you have,if it is the 300 horse 327 you will need at least 600cfm,i personally go with a 650 holly dbl pump, that motor will love it!but remember that you cant just bolt on a carb and expect it to run right.its best to take it to a carb shop,in my experiences(and ive been building smallblocks for a long time)you can adjust and adjust but let someone who does carbs for a living look at it and they will make you look bad everytime.

one more thing, make sure the heads are original,if they are youve got 300 horses,if they are regular small block heads from a later year youll be lucky to be pushin 210hp
