Only $2.45 for regular here in central NJ. A few cheaper, a few more expensive, but $2.45 is the normal "good" price.
I just now found this link. Just punch in your zip.

Oh yeah? http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif Well I remember $.29/gallon. (how sad is that? http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_razz.gif ) Problem was, back then the average guy was only making $2.50/hr.! And about that time, a 365 HP 327 crate motor was about $500 http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif
.............. Hmmm, let's see,
$.29/gal. X 10 = $2.90/gal.
$2.50/hr X 10 = $25/hr.
$500/Hi-Perf Crate motor X 10 = $5,000
.............. So things aren't really all that different in that respect.

Hey gottago we're getting ripped off! Why are we paying 5 bucks when our firends next door half that? With our dollar almost at par it's ridiculous! We are overtaxed here. I want to move to NH. Live free or die!

Just talked to the wife, she said she saw $3.61 on her way to work. (N.J.)
........ Just like always...... the price goes crazy, then backs off to half what the jump was, and we're all tickled pink. Geez, are we just stupid or what? :icon_lol:

Hey Rockin, Come on down a little further. The further south you go the bigger the fish are. The growing season is longer....LOL.....Down in Florida the large mouth bass 10+ lbs. are very common. Here in NC a 10+ pound large mouth is more rare, but they are some around.
Back down to $3.84/gallon yesterday. And the sad part is I felt like I got a deal!
Saw $3.50 a gal last night here in Central Texas
