2.2 to 2.8 Motor Mounts Do I need to thread them??

Hi Guys,



Help me out please. I have a 2002 with a 2.2.I\'m putting in a 406!! I took out the motor mounts today and started to bolt the 2.8 mounts in and It looks like I have to thread the mounting holes where the 2.8 mounts fit. There are holes there but NOT threaded. Is this so??? It\'s no big deal to thread them but I want to make sure!! Thanks in advance.

I also had to thread mine!! CRAZY!!!!!

Just make sure you don\'t screw up the holes... You could still go with bigger bolts if you had to, but would have to drill out the hole on the motor mount itself... Good luck!
