how do i adjust them i \"ve never used a set before street driven only truck.is their a differnce in race mode then street? i only have a peg leg rear for now , this might mater.

should the small \"u\" bolts in the center of the bar be used to adjust them how far should the bump stop be from the eyelet? the bump stop lines up with .
no the u bolts in the center of the leaf is so the bar doesnt dig into the ground when decellerating. The snubber itself should be unscrewed to preload. On my other blazer i set them snug against the spring eye. Ride will be bumpy but thats where your best traction will be.

I have mine set with an ever so slight preload to get the pinion angle right. The ride is tolerable, but not too harsh.
