so, i went and test drive a jeep today...... 1989 YJ 4.2L 5 speed...... except for a few minor things, it seems to be in as good condition as the guy says...... heres a link to it on ebay.... do yourself a favor, do some homeowrk for the GM 4.3 TBI to jeep 4.2 carb conversion. then go to the junk yard and get you a TBI unit, ECM, wiring harness, and sensors off a 4.3 blazer. youll be much happier with the performance. 4.2\'s werent exactly known for their ground shaking performance in stock form.



i got a buddy with an 89 wrangler with the 4.2. the motor was stock when he bought it and he did the TBI conversion to it. its alot better with it. or put a smallblock in it.

actually im looking at clifford 6=8 stuff..... for the yj....... and on the truck, for most of the summer i owed a few people money that i had to pay back...... and not so great on money as a part time cabbie..... but there will be more pictures in the near future since i have a better job now.....
