Sanderson 1 3/4 headers

Hi,



I need the straight scoop on these headers. I have a 2000 S10 I\'m using the stealth mounts. How do these fit. Anybody out there with a 2000 or newer S10 that is using these headers?? What mods did you have to use to get them to fit?? Cut the ears off the th350 trans? Bang the firewall? ECT> ECT> Let me know!!! I,ve read too much from too many guys that really don\'t know!! Thanks in advance.

more than likely you will need to make some ADJUSTMENTS trans ears firewall etc. a few trial fits may be neccessary

yeah, I know you want to hear: \"if you use X brand headers, they\'re be no issues whatsoever.\" But that\'s not going to happen. There are just too many variables. Everybody seems to have different minor issues with each particuar brand header. So go figure.

.........ADH383 mentioned you might need to do some \"trial fits\". Yes, lots of that going on. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif But hey, some of guys have gotten lucky too. But I think in most cases, that \"luck\" is created by hammering and massaging certain body areas as mentioned in \"the book\" before dropping the engine in.
