I have my 210\'s but what about a belt driven fan? how would it perform mounting it right on the pulley? no clutch
The temps are mostly colder that hell but it does get to 95 in the summer.
will it cool my vortec?

i have a 16\" plastic flex a lite it takes les hp to turn because of the fact that it is plastic it only weighs 6 oz\'s and it\'s desighned to pull more air at low rpm\'s and almost completely flattens out at 5000+ rpm... they are rated to 8000rpm.. i spin my motor to 7000 and havn\'t had a problem with it breaking yet.. except when i stuck my hand in it accedentaly http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_mad.gif

I\'v also used the Flex-a-lite plastic fans, that KLRS10 was talk\'n about. They are VERY ugly, but they work VERY good..they move a HUGE amount of air. I used one on my 67 Chevelle. If you don\'t mind how they look I\'m sure it could be a option for you. They are super lite weight (like 6oz to 12oz depending on size) I never noticed much drag on the motor when I ran it...They only cost about $20 or $30 bucks...if you have room next to rad, give it a try.

i ran one of those plastic fans... best thing since sliced bread.. people saw it and laughed.. but when i started it up and told them to feel how much air it moved.. they stopped laughing!

My #210 works fine in 95 degree heat. Stays at 185 all day.
