the whole rear is out of whack!! when i threw the shaft i messed up all kinds of stuff and dont know where to go from here? i installed the new rear yoke and the pinion gear is clunking now?? and i still have a vibration. the ear on the trans cross member was cut off and the trans was mounted on top of the crossmember so i am thinking the trans tail sits to high?? and the rear is the stock leafs with 4\" straight cut blocks. i know i need the 2 degree angle blocks so i am buying that but now i am thinking a set of lowerd leafs and a shackle kit?? i just dont know? i have a felling i will have to get the rear completely rebuilt and thats fine. i just want this right. please tell me what to do?

Time for the 8.8 swap along with the new blocks

but i didnt blow the rear end. i just snapped the 2 U-joints and threw threw the driveshaft. because of all the vibration. assuming my pinion angle was wrong. and the motor is only putting out ??? tops 360hp at the crank. so the 10 bolt is plenty strong enough.

the yoke tightened properly? i had a clunking noise, and the gear was binding up in my s15, turned out the moron i let tighten it up for me didnt do it properly (he didnt want to admit it, kept telling me that the transfer case was slipping out of gear)

no the yoke is not set right. i just swapped them out and tried to get it back on with out over tightening it but i know its off. so i will have the complete rear end rebuilt again. all that i know. but why would i be getting all this vibration from?? it was there before all the problems begain. would it just be my pinion angle?
