All I can say is good luck Ive dealt with painless for the past 6 years and they do thinks half assed. only advice i can give you is to follow the wires as best you can from the switch back to the fuse box and figure out were it goes.. when it comes to internal wiring ie body wiring uits simple enough that I like to let the end person do it but we sell a fuse panel that takes the torture out of doing it everything is market out so you dont have to guess.

I haven\'t sold much in the way of body kits online so dont mind the quality of the picture lol just letting you guys know you have options!

First of all, i dont think that Painless does stuff half assed. They actually do pretty good. I have the same 12 circut harness in question, and it couldnt have been easier to put in. You have to remember that this is a \"street rod \" kit, and was\'nt designed model specific with any vehicle in mind. Therefor how some stuff is wired will be different. I know that there is a wire in the kit for wipers, which i recently removed, but when i hooked mine up i only hooked up one wire to the motor, the Painless kit is not designed to work with mulit-speed wiper motors like in our trucks. So you will have only one speed. Take the wire provided with your kit as a hot and attach it to the wiper motor (wish i was lookin at it right now so i could say which one for sure) and then use one of the prongs on the connector to the motor for a ground. Wipers should work like normal, just with one speed.

We are all entitled to our opinions lightweight and I did give him advice, that is to follow the wiring back to see how it was ran from the fuse box, and Im pretty sure he could put a wiper delay and speed box on the control side of the harness...
