hey guys well racer1182 needed the tranny for his full size hes geting us a th350 in trade well about how hard is it to put the sbc in it compared to the 2 wheel drive s10. let me know. nick

sry i guess i should tell more huh. well my wife and i got a 89 s10 4x4 it had the 700r4 but i wasnt going to use dont like them anyway its got the 4.3 in it now i figured any one need a 4.3 it pretty much new i just rebuilt it not even 200 miles on i guess you could say you should have done it in the first place which i should have. but i didnt have a sbc done yet or would have. ok there you go thats the truck iam going to do.

very hard, you will need to find a 4wd th350 or take the tailshaft and housing and swap them onto yours so they will work with the transfer case. the 700r4 is a good tranny and would work with no problems for you.
