Door lock

Is there an easy way to get the door lock out. how do you get the clip that holds it on off no room to get to it. Its a 86.

You will have to take the interior panel off. Then with the window up you can used numerous tools that may work for you. I have used a 90degree bent screwdriver or if it really is tight a small slide hammer will work. The bent screwdriver just in case your wondering I made it myself but you may be able to buy one. A little heat and vice, presto bent screwdriver.

Bend a screwdriver.......why didn\'t I think of that? I just wedged my hand in there.....just a few gashes, wasn\'t too bad.
