that is a tall order. the price you would pay just for the bed, you would nearly pay just for shipping. hopefully you could find one locally around you so you could save on shipping. i purchased a complete flooded 98 stepside for $500. i used the bed off of it to put on mine and a few other things too.

Im in wisconsin there is a guy here that has a bed posted on craigslist for 200 w/ tonneau cover. Here is the siteCraigslist Stepside Bed (http://milwaukee.craigslist.org/pts/506459615.html)
If u do find one make sure u can use the tail light wiring. I have a 95 also, I just put on a 99 stepside box and since my most of my light bulbs sockets where badly rusted on my orginal box I used the wiring on the new box. After installing and going to hook up the tail lights the connector design was changed, what I was told they chaged it in 97 I may be wrong. 95's use a 4 plug and my 99 box was a 5 plug.
What I did instead of cutting wires I just made a adapter plug. I took the connector off my old tail light wires and got a the wiring connector off a 98. now on the 5 plug there are two brown wires if I remember right they are both for the park lights. Another thing is that the 98s have two ground connector make sure u hook them both up I ran into this problem when doing mine. if u do all of this u should not have no problems at all with the tail lights..
I hope this helps when U find a box to use. If U need to see a pic or have any questions u might have IM me
