Anyone know if a Victor Jr intake will work on a 350 ho crate engine with the vortec heads? And How much taller is it than any other edelbrock aluminum intakes?

yes it will work on that motor, just specify the year, they make one to fit with the new style heads.as far as hieght i think the deck(carb mount surface)is about an inch higher than your basic intake.but...unless your going to ad a hi pro cam to help that thing breath that intake wont help you much,it will look cool but that intake is made to flow so if your useing a stock crate motor just go with the performer rpm .I think you will get a little more response from that.and remember to not go overkill on carb cfm.a stock motor will run better with a 2 barrel 500cfm holly than a 4brl 650 or bigger.do a little research on component matching and you will find certin intakes like certin cams and carbs, good luck

I am going to go with a 600cfm edelbrock performer.
