Took it for drive today!!!!

Well, I took the beast for a rip today. After fighting with the carb for the last few weekends I finally got it running good today. Seems to pull really hard, I guess we\'ll see in two weeks when the track opens on May 4. I am having trouble finding the neutral saftey switch wires on the colum, any info or pics would a big help. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

but its the 2 thicker wires i think its purple and yellow?

hey i have been doing the same thing here latly but i have no exhaust on my truck yet and man tell you this it is awesome to drive the little truck as soon as i get the money it will get exhaust i cant wait till that happens it fells good when you get thumbs up on your truck. some guy asked me last friday if i had cherry bombs or glass packs i told him neither he looked at me like your kidding i told him the louder the better. nick

Congratulations on getting it on the street! That\'s gotta be a great feeling! I\'m in the no exhaust boat too. Everything else is done, and tearing up and down the alley by my shop has been great . . . for me. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif The neighbors don\'t seem to appreciate the open headers.



I now have the truck in the paint booth, and will be shooting the first layers of color and clear tonight. It should be all pretty by this weekend, and then time to get some pipes on it and make it street legal. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif
