V8 pick up to v8 blazer swap

I went to the swap meet today at englishtown, and found myself very interested in a v8 s10 blazer instead of my pick up. I should be able to swap everything over from my pick up to the new blazer correct? Just don\'t want to dump a ton of cash into a new project. Both would be 1st gen trucks. Would the rear have to be shortened? Thanks, Damon

every thing will work perfect the headers may fit a little differnt because the blazer body sits higher on the frame then the pickup but thats all every thing else will work inculding the rear

you may have to modify your ex. system a bit to clear the x-member etc.

soopertrooper, the blazer at englishtown, was it blue and white on the return track next to the 1/4 mile? had a 406 w/ a roll cage, i think it was like an 85 blazer? was pretty nice. i was there all weekend sold alot of shit that i needed to get rid of. haha..wish i know who was there maybe we could have all met up. someone off this site had there pickup in the car show as well. did you see all the pickups and blazers and typhoons and syclones?
