What plug wires are you using?

I am trying to get the plug wires to look good & not burn up on the Sanderson headers. I am using 7/8mm wires that came with a Jasper engine kit. It has a combination of straight & 90 degree plug boots. I am thinking of getting the Jacobs ceramic 90 deg boot kit & splicing them on. But I dont like the white ends. Also, looking for a nice way to route the wires on the engine. I am using center bolt valve covers & really have not seen anything I like. The object is to look stock & run well.

Only problem with jacobs is, you usually need the jacobs ignition box to make it have a good strong spark

routed properly--- you should\'nt have a problem with the 90 degree ends

i just bought wire and ends from MSD and custom fit them

I always use the 8mm accel universal wires. Then i cut them to length. Also i bought MSD heat wrap and put 12\" pieces on the end of each wire to stop them from burning up on the headers. not the best picture (http://s10v8.com/members/ZR1BLAZER/motorrunning.jpg) but you can see the made for you center bolt wire looms with crane cams 8mm plug wires. all 90 degree boots and none of them touch my sanderson headers.

OK, more pix. These pix are of my $29 Accel plug wires. This is my third set of shorty headers, never burnt a boot. Maybe I\'m lucky with the spark plug location, dunno.

Yup, I\'m using the Accel universal fit 8MM wires as well. I haven\'t had any problems with them. A couple of the boots were really, really close to my headers so I just bought some boot protectors and threw them on. I haven\'t had any problems with these.

has anyone checked the resistance of these wires? More strands=surface area=more flow=lower resistance. I am going to use Taylor Lime green 8mm wires.
