Hydraulic cam?? If so(and since your having so much trouble) do it the old school messy way. Take off 1 valve cover at a time-start your engine-loosen 1 rocker at a time until you hear it "tick"-then tighten 1/4 - 1/2 turn until the ticking goes away. Have a couple towels ready for that oil spatter. It may not be the "BEST" way,but w/your troubles it will work.

ok again i think iam getting close to having it done again i figured out one of my problems. the problem i was having was the 4 wires that hook up to the module well one of them came loose and barely made any connection talk about a pain in the ars but i got that figured out thank god. now if i can get the rockers fully set where they are right on the money.

ChevyKid, The rocker you are using have allens in the nuts? Just in case you didn't know, the allens need to be tighened down after the rockers are adjusted. This prevents them from backing off. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif

Swap the rockers around and use the 1.6s on the intake. I've been through this before.
