00 t/a > 00 s10 electrical

i have a 00 t/a and a 00 s10 (which can be verified @ www.myspace.com/autotuner ) now heres my delema... my friend and i can do anyhing there is to do on any car short of anything electrical... in the process of the swap, what electrical issues will i come across? as far as wiring harness and such... i just want to know what problems other ppl had... i have a diablosportII programmer from slp for the ls1 also, so i have some capabilities.

What swap? are you putting the T/A engine in the s-10?
