Hey, I just wanted to run these by you guys and get some opinions before i decided to order them.

I saw this on eBay motors: SS full roller rocker arms (http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=260137885154)

very similar to the CompCams SS rockers $447.00 (one year warranty with limitations) but with a 3 year warranty $125.00. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/user.gif

everything seems cool about them... but still, you get what you pay for, and there's usually a reason for it. Sometimes quality costs because of the extra time in manufacturing, not just ridiculous mark-up's. i would stick with a name brand rocker arm personally. *shrugs*

I would be very careful about buying those rockers, I bought a set of those SS off brand rockers on Ebay once and had to send them back for a refund due to defects... I had purchased a set that was suposed to fit a 3/8 stud but the roller fulcrums had a 10mm hole and they were very sloppy on the studs, that was unexceptable to me... The polylocks that came with them were 3/8" and the rockers looked OK otherwise but I will never try those again... http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif

i bought a cheap set similar to that before, just save up and get a good set. Proform has some that are decent at cost.

Thanks Guys, I was thinking the same thing. I'm leaning toward the Comp Cams Pro magnum rollers. Thanks again for the input.

if you want good rockers with out breaking the bank, you should look at harlan sharps

I second that! The Harland Sharps are the best for the money and handle pretty much what ever you throw at them. That's just my opinion. I am also running a set of ProComp Electronics right now. They aren't bad either. They will handle 750 lbs. (I think) of spring pressure.

I've dealt with that ebay company before and they were always good to me. I bought a set of their MSD copy cat plug wires, and they have been awesome. That said, roller rockers are a completely different part and require more quality work... so i cant say anything for those.
I bought the Comp Magnum's and ive been really happy with them... they are bulletproof.
For what its worth, ive heard good things about the scorpion rocker arms and also the pro comp rockers. These are both inexpensive when compared to the others.
