i have a 83 s-10 extended cab 4x4 with a 4 speed manual what is the best and cheapest way of putting a 400 small block in it.

Having a donor car or truck will help, all pulleys, acc. ect. Research Research Research. Don\'t go tearing anything out or buying anything until you know what your plan is.
