im in the same situation except mine is a \'97. So far the only diff. that i have been able to discover is that we will have to go to the parts store and buy some stock v6 engine mounts to mate with the 350 mounts. Apparently they are a direct bolt in replacement for the 4 cylinder. Ive got most of the parts that i think i will need but dont have a tranny or the time or a car to drive while doing the swap, so im on hold. Good luck to you though.

You can do it for less than $1000 pretty easily if you wanted, but if you want it done right you cant spare any time buying cheap parts and cutting corners. Trust me! just take your time and do it all right, it will be worth it in the end. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_wink.gif

BTW for all of your parts you should check out the parts section in here. you cant beat the deals that Mike has.
