Biggest 17 on X

What is the biggest 17\" tire / rim combo I can install on my 2002 Xtreme w/ LT 4 w/ stock suspension and NOT rub anything....even when steering wheel is cranked? (I would say that 18s are out of the question when it comes to rubbing....right?)

Don\'t know about the newer s10s, but I\'ve got 18x7s with 35 series rubber in front and they don\'t rub at all.

You can run 20\'s with an X, and should have no rubbing with proper backspacing.



22\'s on a stock suspension blazer.



I\'ve got 18\'s on a 1st gen blazer, with a 5\" drop, and just a touch of rubbing at full lock on the innerfenders. Thats with 234/40\'s up front.

I used to have a 99 Xtreme and I had 17x7 with I think a 225 and no rubbing, evenwith the airbags deflated. You should be able to easlily run an 18x8 with no rubbing.

Whats the stock tire size on them?



I also think an 18x8 with 4.5bs would fit no problems at all
