you could make a shroud yourself from lexan or other flexable plastic, and add a couple 10\" fans in the front it should run cool then

stay away from the flex fans..... they can come apart, i dont care what rpm they say that can handle..... get a steel clutch fan they are the best, i have a race clutch fan without the clutch..... it may be drawing some hp to turn it, but its well worth the extra cooling!

I like electric fans better less parasitic drag and they can cool your engine at a high RPM even while the engine is idle

I had a 17\" steel flex fan that was brand new on a 91 s10 with the 2.8 and at about 2000 rpm it came apart and I to had replace several peaces

Im running a Flexolite #210 electric fan set up with adjustable thermo, and the 4.3 radiator.

Fan completely cover the radiator fins like it was made for it, and cools excellent. Hasn\'t gone over 195 in summer heat.

Pulling airflow through the radiator completely and evenly is the key to a good cooling system. If you go with a electric fan set up, run pullers behind the radiator. They will cool better.
