fuel pump- 3 hoses -which one?

just pulled my engine and trans today. will be installing v8 next week. i want to run an electric fuel pump. i have 3 hoses coming thru the frame. which one would i use to hook up the electric fuel pump or would it be easier with a manual?

there should b 3 differant sizes, 3/8, 5/16, and 1/4. the 3/8 is where u get the fuel, the 5/16 is the return line back to the tank, and the 1/4 is a vent.
