It all depends on your current set up. The more hp you\'ve got out fo the motor, the more effecient that a blower should be. With 12 psi, you should see a significant gain.
remember lower compression motor more horse power gain with blower cant get to much psi out of high compression motor so what comp. are you at if you are 8.5 or 9.0 to 1 go for it you will see more hp gain. if you are 10.5 or 11.0 to 1 or higher cant use as much psi not a big increase.

Unless your running race gas. I wouldn\'t run boost with anything over 9.5:1 compression

You might not have 8.5-9.0:1 comp...My last set of Arias forged pistons were dished with 4 valve releifs and they were 10.5:1 comp. with a 64cc head. so be carefull

You can run a little thicker head gasket to lower your compression a tad. I\'m guessing since you have newer heads, that new ones with a larger CC is out of the question. I plan on getting a set of AFR 190 heads this winter. They have 70cc\'s, which is a big drop over my 58\'s. I have 10:1 now, which I think would give me around an 8.5:1. I was gonna have them milled to keep my 10:1 compression, but now I am thinking of keeping them stock, and running some type of boost. I figure I can run 8-10 psi on pump gas with no problems. I figure I\'ll see a pretty good gain with it pushing 430-450 hp all motor.

another question about the 144, will it fit into a 350 S-10?? i am looking into getting one, but i am more interested in the 142 prostreet one that Weiand offers, supposidly it makes more hp cause it relies on tight tolerances rather than teflon strips. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_confused.gif

it probably won;t fit under the stock hood, but i\'d get a 3\" cowl instead of cutting the hole int he hood just cuz it would look better and better sleeper effect with it being small if you have a really big drop air cleaner you might get it to fit under the stock hood but i can\'t see it
