I\'m considering putting on a set of ladder bars and coilovers and tubbing my s15 rear. For you guys that have done this, where did you get the parts? I would like to buy them with the pre-fabricated frame. I appreciate the help, I\'ve never back-halved anything, I\'m not for sure where to start. Thanks

I have not done this but am pretty sure that Competition Engineering makes a back half s-15 rear.

if your looking for a prefab frame and ladder bar set up, check out S&W race cars. They have a web site(just type in S&W and it will come up). They sell a very nice kit. I have one in my 87 and it was simple to install. You notch the old frame and use it as a jig while you weld the new frame in. Then you cut the old frame off. You can buy it just as a frame, or complete kit (with rear housing). They say in there add that you can tub the truck in a weekend and they are not kidding. I hope this helps SSB

Hello Zman, I just looked in there new catalog, the price depends on what options that you get. Starts at $1099 without the housing($449). The price starts to go up as you but better shocks , hiem joints etc. Take my advice buy the good stuff first. You will thank your self over and over, I hate nothing worse than buying a part over. Check out there web site www.swracecars.com They will send you a catalog for free. They are based out of Penn. I saw you where in Ohio. They are in about the middle of the state. Hope this helps.
