Aftermarket Gauges...?!

Alright, I\'ve got a 1986 s10 2.8, now 350.. I wanna do new speedo gauges and all.. Auto Meter Pro-Comp Gauges... so, whut all do I need to get them to work, exspecially the speedo.. Thanks -Adam

well are u gonna use electrical guages or mechanical ones ? digital ? what ones are u gonna use water , oil pressure>? and what kinda tranny are you using ? need more infor to fill ya in on some stuff http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_cool.gif

well just pull your dash apart and make a plate to install the after market guaes into and put everything back together I asume your vehicle already has a mechanical speedo that simple enough just screw it into the guage as for the other guages you can trace thr original wiring back to the engine bay or run new wiring these guages should all come with there own senders if there el;ectirc if there mechanical no electricity then just run the oil tube and so on through the grommet to the engine make sure to sue a thread compound when screwing in the senders so that you dont have any leaks.
