I have an Edelbrock A/f meter that I installed while my truck was down. Its reading my truck is running way too lean.
I installed a Proform carb body on my 650 holley double pumper. I thought I was running too rich before, and I even jetted it up to compensate for the more air the carb body flows.
Before in the stock carb without the meter, I had 69\'s and 77\'s in it. Now, I have 72\'s and 84\'s.
It will read around 13.1 a/f at idle, but as soon as I drive it it drops below 15.1,(the last measurement on the meter) It won\'t read until I let off the gas, then it will read rich for a second.
Im probably gonna jet it up some more, and try and get a more accurate reading/better mixture. Those jets seem big to me. Should I be looking into a non accurate reading, or do those jets not seem big enough
This is on my zz4 crate, motors stock internally.
