Please Help! Lt1 In Jimmy 95

OK i put a caddy lt1 96 in a jimmy 95 4.3 cpi

make own wiring and put a 1995 caprice computer obd1 with a

PCMFORLESS program for no cats,no air pump,3.42 gear

i just put a new fuel regulator 40 ps1 and try to start the engine

i act like to much fuel but its start and run like **** no idle at all

i make record on datamaster can someone help me with this

Which computer are you running? 127 serries?



you should have your regulator giving the engine 42-47 PSI to run correctly as for your idle are you batch firing the injectors these engines dont run well with batch fire and run extremly rich batch fire is only good on some tpi engines its primarly used for TBI units if your batch firing on the lt1 more then likely your flooding it out at idle.



Also make sure your tables take into account your altitude and engine size and idle curves.

my engine is obd2 with 8051 serie 1995 computer it start but no idle

if its OB2 it needs MAF a crank sensor and cam sensor and oil pressure sender to run correctly have you installed all these? as to your first post you said you were using obd1?
