what should i set my ring gap to for a nitrous engine. my ring instructions dont say this time. i think its like .022/.012 or .024/.014 but i dont remember.

What pistons and rings are you using and how much N2O? If you\'re using the KB Hypereutectics then it\'s more like .030/.018...so they say. Otherwise, you\'re probably alright with your if you\'re using a forged piston.

well i went to the je site and found for street application with nitrous. .006xbore=.024 top, .005x4.030=.020 second, oil rings=.015. yes they are forged, with file fit plasma moly rings.

Hi, I use .004 min. per inch of bore. IE: .004x4inch bore=.016 min. TOM http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_smile.gif
