which air cleaner?

have the edelbrock RPM with 600 cfm edelbrock carb and the stealth motor mounts. how tall can the air cleaner be and still fit under the hood? which air cleaner would you recommend? see pics...

If you use a drop base element like the Moroso air cleaner has, you should be able to get a 3\" element on it without any problems. The cheapest way to find out would be to go to Napa and buy thier \"SERIES 2\" or \"SILVER LINE\" filters. If You use a 14\" base I think the filter you\'re looking for is a #2097 or 2098. It\'s been way too long since I\'ve used a paper element in my truck.

Yes they are!!! I paid like $55 for mine,but they sure work nice!
