View Full Version : Eaton Limited Slip or Powertraxs Limited Slip or Different Rear end?

I am trying to figure out which of these I should purchase, a Eation Posi Limited Slip, Powertrax Limted Slip or a totaly different rearend

If you are completely rebuilding the rear use the Eaton Posi. If you want to replace the diff while the rear is still in the car then get the Protrax. For all out performence rebuild the whole thing and get the Eaton Posi.

also look into a detroit locker i have had great success with them that is if you are rebuilding the whole rearend

i used the power traxx in my 10.40 truck and it held up till i sold it the 7.5 is good till a 9 sec pass then it breaks
