LT1 Install

I just purchased a 94 LT1/Auto for my 86 2.8 2wd S-10. Am about to purchase some motor mounts and wondered if anyone that has installed an LT1 had good or bad experience with different mounts. There are JTR, Hooker, LHT etc...And which position did you use?



Is it really necessary to notch the frame for the AC with the firebird accesories?



Also, I plan on getting the radiator from a 4.3 with the twin pullers? Sufficient for AC in Georgia?

I am from GA I have a 94 with a 97LT1 and 6speed i used the jtr mounts this forum looks a little old but reply back i may have some info

and some ?

just wondering if cooling was any different since it is a reverse flow motor.

another old thread dredged up...i have about 10,000 miles on it now. I ended up going with the corvette radiator/taurus fan setup but am afraid that is not going to be sufficient with the A/C this summer.



I ended up buying some mounts off ebay that worked fine
