Mike is this a new company making headers for S-10\'s? Do they make other headers as well? Do they make custom sets on order?
I know lots of questions. http://www.s10v8.com/images/smilies/icon_biggrin.gif
Jeff....
they make other headers also, summit sells there line, but as far as I know, they do not sell the S10 header on Summit.

So for $130, they are better than the hedmans? Are the collector gaskets better as well?
The gaskets are still the same cheap paper ones. I\'ll see what I can do about that in the future.
How about BBC headers? Any good sources...my home made (homade, homaid) are getting ratty...
A correction on the gaskets, the gaskets are better then the ones that come with the hedman.

the best collector gasket i have found to be is the alluninium or copper set. they dont blow out when they get wet and are reuseable. i have had a set of aluminium on my full size for 4 years now and no leaks on cheap headers. best $20 i have ever spent on a gasket. a thin coat of copper permatex on each side then tighten them up. the permatex helps the paper gasket last a bit longer also.

any idea if they (or anyone else for that matter) make a header with the drivers side collector welded at a 45 degree angle for use with a stick trans?

Any good muffler shop should be able to cut a wedge out of the end pipe and reweld it with a wirefeed to clear. A guy around here does that on all the cast iron manifolds using a stick welder and cast iron rod. Makes the whole left side work better because it then clears the crossmember and oil filter by rotating it slightly when welding.
